Production

Forma Ideale produces wood-based panel furniture. Production is located in the same building with the company management in the city of Kragujevac, Serbia. The production hall has 16,000 sqm whereas the production process engages more than 400 employees. The production process of the panel furniture, the primary part of the production, is realized on three production lines completely equipped with HOMAG processing machines - one of the most important producers of furniture industry machines. Processing equipment with digital technologies and CNC machining centres applied, provides high level of quality and productivity and guarantees fullfilment all market demands.

With modernisation of production process by implementing inovations of the world's leading machine producers "Homag Gruppe" and "Biesse", the firm experienced doubling of the production capacity.

Quality control

Improving of the product quality is one of the Forma Ideale top priorities. The product and work quality is permanently monitored and controlled by the service-assembling teams which is basic for the later analysis. A small percentage of furniture production complaints (0,05%) testify that level of quality control is high. Product traceability prevents irregularities.

Apart from the furniture production plant, Forma Ideale has its own cardboard package production and flat glass parts processing plants which covers the area of 1,500 sqm. These two plants fully cover the capacity of the panel furniture production plant.

The managing team of the production department is a well coordinated and experienced staff, specialized in training and exchange of experience. All workers in production are subjected to work safety legislation, according to the operations they undertake.
