The beginning of Forma Ideale dates back to 1995, when the family business trade workshop was formed under the name EL-EN. Its basic production program consisted of set tables made of solid wood, glass and panel materials.

Today, Forma Ideale d.o.o. is a private company dealing with furniture manufacturing and distribution through its widespread retail and wholesale network. It numbers about 1,200 employees and is ranked as a large company.

Forma Ideale produces wood-based panel furniture. Production is located in the same building with the company management in the city of Kragujevac, Serbia. The production hall has 16,000 sqm whereas the production process engages more than 400 employees.
